Principal's Message

Forest Brook Middle School, also affectionately known as The Brook by our North Forest Community, is a comprehensive middle school serving Northeast Houston. Forest Brook Middle School has a family culture focused on academic and social emotional success for 100% of our scholars, teachers, parents, leaders, and community members. Leaders, teachers, and staff know the names, strengths and needs of each scholar that they serve, so that they can expand their unlimited potential to be great.  

The Forest Brook Family works collectively each day to significantly narrow the achievement gaps of our scholars and prepare them for the year 2035 workplace and world. Standing on our ingrained beliefs that our scholars deserve a high-quality education which includes problem solving and decision making, critical thinking and analysis, communication, cooperation, creativity and innovation,  with additional real-world experiences; Forest Brook is becoming the middle school of choice in the city of Houston.
